Control your senses and do not give in to your materialistic desire. You mind can be your greatest friend or your worst enemy. For this age of kali bhakti yoga is all that is needed. Simply listen and chant "HARE RAMA, HARE KRISHNA". One devoted to the supreme, doing everything without a result and serving only the lord, will surely attain moksha (liberation from the cycle of life and death)
@ajuba1 The lord wants you to serve him, because he wants you to be happy beyond limits, by acting according to your eternal nature, or sanatana-dharma. Serving him means to love him, and to love him, means to try to please him in whichever way possible.
@ajuba1 If I wanted to please you I need to ask and consult you, your friends, and whatever you speak and write about yourself. Without having knowledge of you, I don't know what you like and dislike. . but when I know you and when I know people who can please you, I can start aligning myself to please you too. Through Guru, devotees, and sacred texts we can directly find out what he wants...but ultimately, he wants us not to go through the devastating cycle of birth old age disease and death.
when I was little I thought she was singing "though I can't see you, I hear your flute on the WIND." I still like my young version (though incorrect)!! ;-)
whenever i feel lonely and sad, i listen to this song. It soothes me, at the same time brings tears to my eyes. Such a sweet song...

@rubystaf why does the lord want me to serve him? What is the meaning of serving him? how do i find what He wants? What is right and what is wrong?

@ajuba1 Unless we cooperate with the supreme lord, our life is baffled.
A screw that has fallen from a machine has no value.
But when the same screw is again attached to the machine, it
has value. We are part and parcel of God. Without God, what is our value?
No value! We should come back to our position of attachment to God. Then we have value.

Eu sinto sua falta, oh Krishna, cadê você?
Embora eu não possa te ver, eu ouço a sua flauta a todo o tempo
Por favor, venha enxugar minhas lágrimas e me faz sorrir!

I´m missing you, oh Krishna, where are you?
though I can´t see you, I hear your flute of all the while
please come wipe my tears and make me smile.

Te estoy extraño, oh Krishna, donde estás?
aunque no te puedo ver, oigo tu flauta todo el tiempo,
por favor ven, seca mis lágrimas y hazme sonreir.
