KFC isn't half as bad as it's portrayed. Sure, it's nowhere near as healthy as a plain salad but compared to some other fast food restaurants, it's much better. A UK KFC Zinger burger has almost half the amount of saturated fat as a UK Whopper burger from Burger King. Eating a just one regular Whopper burger is almost the same as eating two KFC Zinger burgers!

Things are way different now and were way different then. That stuff was ok then but somewhere along the line that stuff became bad nowadays. Lazy ass people , more fat , growth hormone and god knows what in there.

Things are way different now and were way different then. That stuff was ok then but somewhere along the line that stuff became bad nowadays. Lazy ass people , more fat , growth hormone and god knows what in there.
When you think of it and use real biology to think of it. Exercise is not the only factor. People may have lived ok on it before but not now. Exercise and a load of fatty chicken won't stop you from heart attack nor will a bucket kill you off in a day.

There are alot of us that grew up on food like this and are not overweight. Did you notice what the kids are doing before they eat? They weren't sitting in font of the TV or computer. They were outside playing cowboys and Indians. Working off all of the fats that they ate; and after they ate they probably went right back to playing. They weren't fat lazy kids sitting in front of their comp trolling youtube eatin buckets of chicken. Not healthy? Check nutrition vs McD's you'd be surprised.

@DarkNightfall77 do you work for the fast food corp? you are probably not overweight but you probably like most ridden with a lot of cancerous toxins, perservatives, chemicals these fast food culprits inject in thier foods to save a buck. The chicken at KFC in the 60s 70s 80s 90s were probably more harmful than they are today. They werent accountable for what they put in thier food but Its still garbage compared to home cooked food.

@DarkNightfall77 ur absolutely right,,am 22 and when i was a kid their age in the 1990's we used to play outdoors and then come running for launch eating kfc's or mc or pizza hut and we were skinny like hell =P and its cuz we would go back outside and play more,,we wouldnt lay back on the laptop or the ps3 =P

@DarkNightfall77 Well, SOME of us kids did sit in fromt of the tv alot. I was 11 years old in 1980, and I did watch alot of tv. However, other than that, I WAS outside playing alot. Todays kids have cable tv, video games, ,DVD players, big screen tvs, and home computers. As a result they sit in front of some screen at home instead of going out to play or exercise and burn off those calories.
