@jdlund Fact is, there are people who have commented on this video saying that they thought it was real. Plus, the video has been shrunk down to tiny sizes and used in forums as a user avatar. So no, it's not universally obvious that it's fake.

You've got the whole "emo" concept wrong. 1) Go heavy on the EYE makeup. 2) If you're going to sit in the corner of a dark room and write lyrics (assumption) about how much you hate society in lamp light, turn off the overhead light. 3) Wearing dark clothing is pointless if you're going to wear a gaudy yellow track jacket over them. 4) Good emo's know they're above the ignorance of the idiotic world, they don't post in-depth analysis explaining why.

It's nice you found something to do online but did you ever think maybe the reason no one ever proposed that it was fake was because it is so obviously fake that no one saw it necessary? Given I'm sure there is a fair amount of people that see it and think it's real but seriously. Ask yourself, do you really think it merits sitting in a corner with a bunch of makeup all over you face talking about it on YouTube. Does it?
