@UP9390 Unfortunately no. You could change the paint work and the body to make it look like a woddland fire unit, but the only programmed vehicle in the game with the water cannon is the fire truck.

How do you use the Native trainer & the ELS at the same because when I try to open ELS menu it spawns a motorcycle.

@MegaAndrewn From what I understand they are used by the NYPD Emergency Services Unit as a rescue truck. It basically transports all their equipment.
