@harlow2wicked Try looking in the User Manual and follow the steps under Messaging to navigate using the numbers. Such as, to hit the "Menu" button, you wuold use "OK", then go from there based of the manual.

I was wondering how to set the external screen on T9 permantly and the internal screen on auto caps.

On the inside you should be able to do the same thing, except ABC. I no longer have one so I am not 100% positive.

@virginmobility It usually shows an arrow that it was sent, on some phones now you actually have to turn on the notification that the text was opened and that is typically the check mark.

I don't think it does. I know the camera works if you open it then close the front but I'm pretty sure I tried to do that with texting and it didn't remain when I closed it.

it doesn't limit them that way. When the sum of all the messages from combined contacts adds up to 300 then its full. If you have 1 contact you text then you can take 300 texts from them. If you have two then when it reaches 300 its full. You might have 298 from one and two from the other.

The phone holds 300 text messages in its inbox. No they don't auto erase unless you set them to. When it reaches capacity it'll warn you to erase some that your inbox is full.

you know how if your texting on the external, if you want to add a symbol you have to hit options > entry mode > symbols then to navigate through it you have to use the right arrow key...is there an easier way to do it? like you hit a button and it skips to the next page rather than you have to hit the right arrow key 12 times?
