"Gegen" does not mean on, or above or any of that. It means "against". i.e. Man against man. This song is about how man kind is always fighting against each other and the issues it causes. Take this in to account with the modern day opposition created with homosexuality and combine with their love for double meanings and boom.

How would you feel if strangers, your own family and every other 4sshole with a spoonful of oppinion told you "we don't approve of who you are" how would you feel? To be told you may never have a GF/BF, because "we don't approve"? Would you like that kind of world for yourself or the people you love? @Silioni I'm sorry but i dont think most gays dont get treated like 2nd grade citizens because they are finally aloud to be in the army, second there are plenty of gay people in my school who hold a "gay Pride day" once a year. and no one goes up and says something filthy, or flips there tables. because that would be disrespectful. I respect the gay populace as human beings, but not for what they practice. a perfect example would be like religion vs. religion. but i know this isnt religion.
