I have an idea...picture an adventure map and in it you get 2 items. Then you come to the wooden pressure plates. You must sacrifice them for a chest with a wooden pick. Then a hard to mine stone and 2 cobblestones in door formation mine them and escape. The rest is yours to decide you could continue or end. Thumb up if it helped you!

30 days later the post of this vid ; I gave my friend a challenge ; a piston challenge, I called it.

I did not try to look any videos on the game ; I just took MC edit to do a base of Iron blocks ;

and made a hallway of stone ; with a piston floor and a lava roof, 2 block high, so if you get pushed by piston, U DIE. Also ; it's no longer working since there's sprint now ... gah!
