We have experienced some trouble when calling this move "vamos abajo", because some people go straight backwards, and some people do the back-and-forth move.
Therefore we adjusted the names a bit in 2011, so now we call this move "adentro y afuera", and when going straight backwards: "abajo tiempo España".

In the Norwegian Rueda Standard we call it simply "vamos abajo" (let's go backwards). The same move is also called "paseala p'abajo".
But this is one of the rueda moves that have several names. A few other examples of names on this move are "adentro y afuera" and "aguaea".
