Yeah, it's something that's been heavily modified, for sure. Maybe a partscaster. The production run for the Tele Custom was 72 - 81. The Fender decal and the string guide(s) on the headstock are in the wrong place. I'm not positive, but doesn't look like it has the "bullet" style truss rod nut...hard to tell in the video. Also, the jackplate is a replacement, more like a Les Paul style

It's not modified. It's called a Telecaster Custom. Keith Richards made these famous in the early 70s.
