manuals are better 0-60 , the transmission weights more in a auto with the torque converter and plus less internal friction in terms of how much power is lost before it gets to the wheels
Ive got basically this same car only its a 95 and the gauge for gas moves when going around corners or breaking/accelerating...its pretty common for when im at a half tank to see it jump to 3/4 or 1/4 but his tank will go back up around full when he planes out

no its not hole in the tank. those tanks just have a weird shape and when you brake there is alot of room for the fuel to move forward making the needle go crazy.
Thanks, the only thing touched on the motor is some Comp cams 1.6 Promagnum roller rockers and Comp cams springs. Stock cams and heads, bottom end is untouched.
That LT1 V-8 ain't no joke, I always loved them over the LS series engines cuz they have a deeper voice, especially that 1996-'97 Camaro SS with the 5.7L LT-4!
The GT3 guy shouldn't brag about his car's acceleration skills. I waxed one from 30 until my speedo didn't read anymore, easily pulling him with my 93 Mustang. The GT3 is an awesome car for the track, just not the drag strip.
hey kurt i'm assuming you meant it sucks up alot of gas so guess what, you're an idiot. the fuel gauge is going down because he's braking hard and the gas is moving in the gas tank. my fuel level on my car does the same thing, and i'm pretty sure every other car in existance does the exact samet thing or the opposite. but here's the magical part, the fuel level goes back to where it was.
Just bought a 95 w/100K as a winter car, I was very impressed with the LT1, my summer car is a new 911. Some of the guys complaining below that it's slow, but for the money, there isn't many that can beat it. Nice vid.
