Anyway, I like all your stuff. I like the fact that it is Veggie-even though I am NOT vegetarian-but honestly, in a lot of stuff, I would really like less meat and more veggies. Here is Ireland, I am constantly asking for less meat and more veggies-BUT NOT POTATOES. GREEN for me is good. Keep up the good work Bahvna
I myself can't resist to taste, I always like food cooked and served right from the stove to table so as soon as something is done, first thing is to give it a taste test...
yes! chana batata is like gravy. my mom use to add besan to make it thick gravy and even she add tamrind pulp to make it chat pata taste. i heard, people use to add curd also. thanks
Great....very glad to hear. I prefer my kalachana soft but not mussy...so should be boiled nicely till tender soft...due to it's skin, they don't get mussy easily which great for thsi recipe....so cook till tender, when you eat, you should feel them soft in your mouth...hope all these helps to determine perfect boiled Chana...enjoy!
oh wow! a very good recipes. will sure going to make and tell u the result. plz one more time request, kindly teach us chana batata -mumbai street food. i love to eat chana batata but i dont know how to prepare.
I need more detail abotu Chana batata. Is it a curry or chaat or how does it look like? Give me just few more details and I will sure do your request since it sounds great even...enjoy!
I was wondering if you use soy meal/granules/mealmaker (also known as mock meat) in your everyday cooking? If you do, it would be helpful to see you make some recipes (like dum briyani) out of these products.
Hi, I've been watching your videos for a little while now, and i really enjoy them. I was wondering if you would record the foods you make for thanksgiving. i know it's a lot to record everything you cook. But instead of showing yourself preparing the dish maybe you could film the finished product, and explain it.
Wow, I prepare this Recipe but never use Garlic Paste & Til.So now i will make it your way. I also use Kala Channa for putting in Puries for Pani Puries with Potatoes & Green Moong. Thanks Bhavna Ji. Thumbs Up.W.R. Sarla.
