how many bombs does it take to sink a carrier? I hit one with a B17 and couldnt sink it........of course I did only go over it once with I think the 16 500Lb bombs....but srsly, how many shots does it take? haha
i know how to one hit a carrier, take a BN62 with a type 91 torpedo, and on the left side there is a PT boat, ram or drop ur torpedo there and u sink it
Lol I did that on a Battlehip and unlimited ammo. Took like 4 salvos of 2....but when u unload full auto w/ Tiny Tims in a dive u blow up haha..those things rockets are loads of fun tho
1946 is the best one :D and AAA mod, I like the B-29 mod too.
i use torrents to test, but damn you get so many trojans and viruses, i have to wipe and reload XP, but if you try a game via torrent, and love it, buy it b/c multiplayer isn't glitchy and you can run mods (which is the coolest feature for PC games).
erps I ment that torrented games IL 1946 included, always have glitches, and mods always come up w/ weird errors, but the DVD or Steam 1946 don't / less hassle to TS, besides the devs for IL actually made a super good game worth the price

Its not a game, its a simulation. Theres a difference. You can turn off all the realism and play for fun, but then it just becomes an arcade game. The IL2 series, LockOn series, and now the upcoming Black Shark are the premier flight combat sims.

Did you know you can sink ships, even carriers, in IL2 with a series of near-misses? Bombs dropped alongside the hull will eventually cause ships to sink because the damage modeling in IL2 allows for that.

A couple of things, though. You seem to have a low frame rate, do you know what your FPS was? Also, if you turn off the icons and the on-screen messages, the video is much better. Not that I always remember to do that, LOL Just check my videos. Heh Heh
The merge to black and white at the end was a nice touch, too. Great choice of music. I liked it.

you can use a corsiar, load it with 2 tiny tims and youll have a good chance to sink it with one shot. i tried it before, very powerful missile

i use torrents to test, but damn you get so many trojans and viruses, i have to wipe and reload XP, but if you try a game via torrent, and love it, buy it b/c multiplayer isn't glitchy and you can run mods (which is the coolest feature for PC games).
