@bananaphoneman12 Yeah it does, but I think Groening shows us something like this to set a mood or to tell a joke rather than canon. In another contradiction, Zoidberg was first shown to go from little lobsterman to a big one in "A taste of freedom" then in "teenage mutant leela's hurdles" he's shown to have numerous larval stages for a humorous effect. This gives us a warm feeling inside while answering a few questions too.

I don't remember him being shown as small in that epi, but if he was then that was also a contradiction with the epi I'm thinking of. He said something along the lines of "Of course I remember my own birth, it was only four years ago. Precocious little scamp, aren't I?" just after a cutaway showing him being put together full size by a robot (like the kind used to build cars) out of parts from bins full of that part.

@PlatypusVomit He must have started as a small robot (basic chassis?) then got upgraded along the assembly line. In one episode he comes out of a machine as a full sized robot acting like a baby, and then gets his education downloaded into him, which is probably after this scene.

The Sting ended on body odor, Time keeps on slipping ended at about a medium to me especially viewing the others by comparison, and the late Phillip J. Fry was a bit more funny than emotionally strong.
