  • Bender was right robots do grow and evolve

  • Baby Bender want a beer?

  • My mom cried on the Semore episode.

  • aww!

  • Watched every episode. This clip is ONE of the nicest clips

  • soo cute

  • I think Jurassic bark was sadder, but this and luck of the fryfish come second!

  • How come I cried at this but not the Seymour video.

  • Looks like Hermes got his 'ass' kicked

    YEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAH

  • @bananaphoneman12 Most likely Hermes erased baby Bender's memory (so Bender would not recognise him if they ever met again), and the scene where Bender got his education was when he thought he was born

  • just so fucking cute to look at! =)

sweetest episode ever seen on futureama but who thinks bender will find out that hermes conrad is his creator????

  • I cried when I saw this. SO DARN ADORABLE!

  • I almost cried when I saw this

  • someone's never seen Luck of the Fryrish

  • i watched this today

  • use a capture video card moron or if you have a camera read the manual

  • I just saw this episode.

  • LOLZ he has beer as a baby

  • And thus, Hermes unknowingly unleahed upon the world the greatest evil it ever had and ever would know.

  • what episode was this from

  • So, what potato did you film this on?

  • @ModernMovies Potatoes cannot be used as recording devices. Therefore, your comment is invalid.

  • @ArabicToasteR

Yeah, well I don't like your font.

(But don't worry, Google's spies will now customize that.)

  • @ModernMovies LOL

  • ahh hermes, top bloke

  • whats the name of this song`?

  • @polarkreis201 "little bird little bird": watch?v=tz6WRiNwujQ

  • @UESFHNSAKD

Thank you sir, i'm in ur dept!

  • Bender was a sweet little Bot-Tot. It's no-wonder Hermes couldn't throw him out.

  • It'd be funny if when baby bember burps, little sparks come out. :3

  • One of the saddest moments in futurama history. And how does a robot grow?

  • @Que1pasa1trabajar this just raises further questions!

  • i hate mom

  • baby bender is soooo cute with his little beer. hermes is awsome

  • :3 this was so fuckin adorable!

  • He is Bender please insert girder!

  • what episode is this from?

  • Doesn't this sort of contradict that whole clip of adult bender getting his education in like 3 seconds?

  • @bananaphoneman12 Yeah it does, but I think Groening shows us something like this to set a mood or to tell a joke rather than canon. In another contradiction, Zoidberg was first shown to go from little lobsterman to a big one in "A taste of freedom" then in "teenage mutant leela's hurdles" he's shown to have numerous larval stages for a humorous effect. This gives us a warm feeling inside while answering a few questions too.

  • @bananaphoneman12 It indeed does. Also, in that clip he was built in mexico and already adult sized.

  • @bananaphoneman12 if u think thats the weirdest thing in the first episode when they counted down for new years apparently it was the same time all across the world

  • @bananaphoneman12 or he was born a baby robot then they rebuilt him as an aldult robot then taught him everything then

  • @bananaphoneman12 Futurama with continuity?

    PAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! *pauses* AHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! *slaps desk*

    Wait, you're serious?

  • @bananaphoneman12 If you really wanted to point out every continuity error in futurama, you'd be there your entire life. People should stop giving such a huge shit and just enjoy the show.

  • @bananaphoneman12 QUIET YOU!

  • @bananaphoneman12

Yes, but then again this is an animated sitcom, you can't expect the continuity to be perfect all the time.

  • @bananaphoneman12 continuity isn't the point of cartoons, they contradict themselves all the time.

  • @Braaainns Actually, it wasn't contradicted in this episode though, Bending units go through phases of life, While adult Bender may have been born in 2998, It's unknown how much older he was in his previous models such as his teenage and baby forms.

  • @bananaphoneman12 Yup. The problem with the last 26 episodes is that they completely ignored all canon in the series. There is almost no continuity between the last two seasons and the 4 preceding seasons, which is quite frustrating

  • my question is why throw him out. Why not just throw a backup unit in him? It's not like bender can't be taken apart. He's been torn to shreds and put back together just fine.

  • You've done good Hermes by saving Bender at least twice and still looking out for him.

  • Awww... Baby Bender's so cute!

  • OMG baby bender is the cutest. I loves him so much!

  • IMO,The Late Phillp J Fry is up there too

  • Have you recorded this one of the most epic scens in Futurama by a potato? GLADOS would be proud of you, but she is still dead :/

  • he is only 2 years old hello!

  • 19 people have no souls.

  • The only video of this that ISN'T in reverse and the sound quality is bad!

    DX

  • I agree with your title. I saw this the other day and it brought a tear to my eye :) Thanks for uploading!

  • Best ending for futurama...EVER!!!!!!!!!!

  • Awww how cute ^_^. Bender is so cute as a baby.

  • @nicknikki1991 sumtimes they make no sense lol is bender 4 yrs old/? in his regular life size form,, and in the first few episodes they showed how he was created or made so he couldnt have ever been a baby bot type bending unit lol

  • Lol... Yes i saw it on netflix, cute:D

  • why am i watching this when its on netflix?

  • In one episode, Bender shows Fry a picture of himself at 4 months old. Yet, Bender looked ADult. If Baby Bender looked like this, but at 4 months old Bender looked adult, ...

  • Bender was actually good...ish until he met fry and for shocked by the broken light

  • WHO KNEW HE COULD ACTUALLY LOOK INNOCENT!!?

  • @OreoSmurfProductions well...he became evil when he was shocked after hitting a lamp with his antenna while helping fry to escape in the first episode.

  • @Prof1989 ...What par of the episode. It doesn't ring a bell.... -.-

  • @OreoSmurfProductions when they are in the head museum.

  • @Prof1989 Fry: "Come on Bender, it's up to you to make your own decisions in life. That's what separates people and robots from animals.... and animal robots." Bender: "....You're full of crap, Fry. Ughauahhahaaahuuhaa!! *teh teh teh* You make a persuasive argument, Fry." Yay! I found it!! ^^

  • This ties with the clip of leela parents looking out for her as she grew up

  • More often . Instead of ending on something stupid or something that leaves you saying WTF

  • Futurama needs to have scenes / endings like this one, the sting, the late Philip j fry, and some others I can't think of....

  • I nearly cried at baby bender scene :)

  • I thought that we had already seen bender being built in an earlier episode?

  • @DWSimmy Continuity in this show is very poorly done. I know what episode you're referring to also.

  • @DWSimmy well yes but it's nice to see some good in the show sometimes

  • @DWSimmy yeh, and he's only 4 years old

so Hermes has changed a lot in the same time frame

also, in Teenage Mutant Leela's Hurdles, Bender is apparently as old as everyone else

    who needs continuity? :L

  • What episode is that?

  • I can't say that I've ever seen this.

  • :')

  • awwww that's awesome

  • @averageguy111000

So that's my list and the reasons why. The Late Phillip J. Fry had a touching scene, but it wasn't at the very end. The Audience is given time to "forget" that scene with the humor of Bender burying the corpses of their duplicates.

  • @averageguy111000

Jurassic Bark, watching fry's dog wait loyally in one spot for years.

Leela's Homeworld, montage of scenes from Leela's childhood showing her parents have been with her all along.

The Luck of the Fryish, Fry discovering Phillip J. Fry is not his lying brother, but actually his nephew named in his honor by a loving bother that misses him.

Lethal Inspection, what we just saw

The Devils hands..., Pinkspider turned me onto this one which ends on a touching scene of love.

  • Fry's dog scene is so sad :(

  • Gotta try for some continuity. We've already seen Bender's "birth", and it didn't look like this. A little contradiction isn't a problem, but they need to try not to let it get out of hand.

  • @PlatypusVomit Wasn't it done in stages? In the episode where everyone gets younger we see him as a small robot.

  • @AlexanderT21

I don't remember him being shown as small in that epi, but if he was then that was also a contradiction with the epi I'm thinking of. He said something along the lines of "Of course I remember my own birth, it was only four years ago. Precocious little scamp, aren't I?" just after a cutaway showing him being put together full size by a robot (like the kind used to build cars) out of parts from bins full of that part.

  • @PlatypusVomit He must have started as a small robot (basic chassis?) then got upgraded along the assembly line. In one episode he comes out of a machine as a full sized robot acting like a baby, and then gets his education downloaded into him, which is probably after this scene.

  • In a way hermes was playing god *French guy* BONJOUR! *Me* CRAZY GIBBERISH!

  • this scene makes no sense, in other spisodes it shows tht hes a baby but since hes built hes full size like the mothers day episode

  • OH GOD THE CUTENESS :D

  • awww bender looks like a little angel .......... what happened to him ? ! ? not that i'm saying he's ugly and he's not........ he's evil

  • i like when he spins on the belt 0:36 :D

  • i love this clip, evervtime i watch it i shed a little tear

  • Approved by Inspector 5

  • what is the count up to now, 4?

    Fry's Dog scene

    Leela's Childhood scene

    Fry's Nephew Scene

    Baby Bender Scene

    Did I miss anything?

  • @bloodanddajugs Where can I find Fry's nephew scene & Leela's childhood one?

  • @bloodanddajugs If it is really nice flashbacks I would include when Fry discovers he is Lars from Bender's Big Score I count it as a flashback because you only find it out after he saves Leela and Fry from Nudar

  • @bloodanddajugs Now they need to do a Crowning Moment of Heartwarming with Amy and Zoidburg and I think we will have a complete set.

  • @bloodanddajugs The sting? The devils hands are idle playing things? Time keeps on slipping ending? The late philip j. fry? Would those fit in?

  • @PinkSpder sow that you mention it the devil's hands are idle playing things was very touching, They have to have a strong ending to fit in. The Sting ended on body odor, Time keeps on slipping ended at about a medium to me especially viewing the others by comparison, and the late Phillip J. Fry was a bit more funny than emotionally strong.

  • @bloodanddajugs Hey yo? What the least?

  • @PinkSpder Least nice or touching ending to an episode of Futurama? thats hard to say. in a strange way they kind of all are in some way touching even if its in a weird or warped way. In True Futurama style I will cast my vote for least touching ending as the valentines day one just because Zoidberg was talking.

  • @bloodanddajugs fry's nephew scene? cant remember that one... little help?

  • @xscaralienx Don't you forget about me

  • @bloodanddajugs oh yeah, that fry thinks hes brother was a dick, but in the end, he wasnt and named his after Fry... I remeber now.

  • @bloodanddajugs Cavern on the green message from leela

  • @haxor98 Didn't end on that note, the ending itself of the late phillip j. fry was a funny note " that was the old fry...he's dead now" and then bender burying the bodies.

  • @bloodanddajugs Still a sad scene

  • @SemiMental1221 very true.

  • @bloodanddajugs You missed the ending to The Devil's Hands Are Idle Things where Leela goes "Don't stop playing Fry. I want to hear how it ends"

  • @bloodanddajugs

    Count of what?

  • @jackrc11 Episodes that end on a very touching scene

  • @bloodanddajugs how about the sting episode? where leela was stung by a bee and fry stayed with her the whole time she was in a coma??

  • @cjwilliford08 I wouldn't count it cause you are left with them commenting eachothers body odor. The ones I list hold onto some sweet or sad sentiment all the way to the end. The Scene in this video for example the last thing you see is Hermes showing he was inspector 5 and proud of his decision

  • @bloodanddajugs the end of Time Keeps on Slipping sort of.

  • @NuteFunray Awesome name " You know what...instead of poisoning the Jedi, let us throw a Party For them!...and poison the punch " But yeah that " Sort of " is the mood watered down by Bender burying bodies. The ones on the list tend to keep the mood going uninterrupted. Good call though, and great name.

  • @bloodanddajugs Thanks I'm surprised so many people like my name lol. Anyway you're thinking of the new one. I'm not sure what it's exactly called but what I meant was the one with the harlem globetrotters but the ending of the one you said was also sad in a way to. ALL GLORY TO THE HYPNOTOAD

  • @NuteFunray Oh right when he moves the stars, kind of had a lets just be friends vibe at the end.

  • @bloodanddajugs that's it I found it a little sad (or is it ironic).

  • @bloodanddajugs I always thought the end to the Luck of the Fryish should be on that list.

  • @DiscosDeFama It is, Thats Fry's Nephew.

  • @bloodanddajugs now that you point it I feel like a horses patoot. Fry's nephew should have been more than enough of a clue. Thanks for pointing it out

  • @bloodanddajugs Yes, the ultimate fate between Leela and Fry

  • @xXgAvInArNoLdXx I don't think they will ever get married...well AGAIN anyway, but neither do I think they will ever stop loving each other.

  • @bloodanddajugs yeah

  • @bloodanddajugs There are some very sweet Fry moments in Bender's Big Score with Fry/Leelu.

  • @xSaz1986x Totally

  • @bloodanddajugs Fry and his dad in Cold Warriors. That's a fairly recent episode, though.

  • @malevc Yup, and totally Touching

Luck of the Fryish = Fry touched his brother named his son after him and missed him

Jurassic Bark = Fry's dog waiting forever ( well thankfully not anymore since he want back etc. )

Leelea's Homeword = Her parents were with her all along

Lethal Inspection = Hermes thought Bender was too sweet to throw away

The Devils Hands = Leela still wants to watch Fry profess his love Thanks to Pinkspider

Cold Warriors = Fry's dad really does care about him. Thanks to malevc

  • @bloodanddajugs the recent Leela and Fry 'note' scene 83

  • @freakyanimegal8 very sweet, but not an ending, the ending was softened by Bender burying bodies

  • @bloodanddajugs the time machien one

  • @bloodanddajugs

When Leela and Bender blow up some stars to stop time skips, and Fry realizes how he got Leela to marry him, but doesn't tell her.

  • @697134002 Touching scene, but it ends on a just friends moment.

  • @bloodanddajugs Don't forget the last hallucination from "The Sting", and the hospital scene at the very end. "Of course I'm awake. You wouldn't stop waking me."

Oh, and also when Fry gives Leela his oxygen tank without her knowing.

And when Fry's dad says "I don't want you getting frozen."

    ...God, I love this show.

  • @TheWarnerSister many sweet moments, it really is a touching show dissecting the trivial american preoccupation with the future from what really counts in our society...Hypno Toad said so.

Cold Warriors brings the count to 6 with credit to malevc and TheWarnerSister Dotty...whoops uh oh!

  • @bloodanddajugs The Count is up to 6, follow comments to catch up. I seem to keep missing out on the new episodes so if I missed anything, or if I am overlooking one.

Futurama's wonderful touching end scenes. Some end funny, some end sad, but some end truly touching all the way to the end credits to leave us with a heartwarming moment from a wonderful show.

All things end and I squirm in fear but also hope that when the end comes its a truly wonderful touching moment.

  • @bloodanddajugs That one scene with the skeletons with crushed pelvises.

  • @AnuxeL I don't know why but your comment made me laugh my ass off. XD It was pretty sad though

  • One person seriously doesn't have a heart.

This episode really is touching and emotional

  • he was a cute robot :P

  • Awwww, little Bender.

  • Thanks for posting; I hope they refer back to this episode some day, do like a "Bender I am your father" kinda thing

  • jurassic bark clip is better

  • @2064219393 by far

  • @2064219393 but jurassic bark isn't nice... just sad.

  • TV recording using camcorder = fail.
