I like dipping dried fruit (apricots, pears, peaches) in chocolate - particularly white chocolate. I give trays of this out at Christmas. Also dipped Pretzels are good as well. drop on wax paper.

Nestle chips are actually the best chocolate to melt. The others have too much wax in them. You can also melt the chips on warm in a crock pot and dip away. ~Mabel

Very good demo. It's so easy to make good chocolate after watching this video, and the kids will love it.

Oh I will be doing this project with the kids and the youth group. They will love making the chocolate and the fact that its done in the crockpot is great and a whole lot safer. I noticed at her web site she had chocolate molds on sale I will be getting them . They were cheap. Thank you again Deb/Mablewhite.
