Are any of the old African Fiesta still making music? So many of the stars have gone.It feels so sad not to be able to hear these songs recreated on stage. Vive la rumba congolaise!
@AboubacarSiddikh do not get me wrong, i meant a millionnaire in terms of these beautiful old-school songs you are uploading for us. nowhere else we might find them. so thank you so much mr siddikh. you are a rich man!
...And I being of the younger generation, have always thought this was a Tabuley song because he did a rather good cover of it....great song! Thanks, A.S!
You won't stop surprising me, Mr AboubacarSiddikh! I have always thought Kalé composed this one! Unfortunately, I can't tell the year either, but I believe like yvesfrançois that Willie is one of the trumpets. Déchaud is a rather quiet person; it's somewhat remarkable he could write such an exuberant song.

It's a great African music. I danced it with my 89 years old grand mother. After the dance we drank cool palm wine .- Austin, a Nigerian
