The drummer messed up on more than one occassion - it really comes to me as a shock coz I would expect a drummer at this level to be above simple mistakes. The kick is meant to be on the 1st and 3rd beat. At the beginning he got it right up to 0:44 where he started playing the kick on all beats - wrong. At various places, e.g. 0:48-0:50 (049) you will even hear the mix of kick and snare which in this case puts the song off-beat.
