The cape is from the Metropolis theme I think, you have to get two players to get the cape, or the Roman Cape which is easier, cause then you don't have to get two players and just ace the level. I don't know what theme to get the Roman cape though. But I'm concern that u can get the cape from the Metropolis themed levels. 2 players required.
