In the second part( GMO's) I find two interesting things related to media in my country.There used to be a comercial about two german spies in a french restaurant during the WW1.They saw some weeners and started eating them and couldn't say a thing on the phone.Also recently, a lot of people started riots against GMOs.

from my experience, it's not that hard to cultivate organic food. planting dwarf tomatoes(which is endemic in my country) on pots is viable. growing potatoes, ginger, and other relatively small crops can be planted on pots(maybe bigger ones). it's just a matter of initial investment and generally won't cost you much in the long run. I mean, sunlight, air and rain won't cost you a buck >.>

Organic foods are more expensive than normal foods, because the normal foods are taking over! They're closing down the organic places, so that's why - the Organic farms need the money to survive and to keep their places from closing! If everyone bought Organic, the price would probably go down a lot!

no, it means that it is more expensive to keep food organic because farmers have to find non-toxic ways of keeping out pests. But it is too bad that its so expensive.

We should stop subsidizing the giant agribusinesses that use pesticides etc. in their monoculture farms. Turn some of that over to organic farmers.

Food labelled 'naturally grown' is from farms that follow organic practices but cant aford the expensive procedure to be certified by the USDA as 'organic' now that the big farms noticed people were choosing organic.
