@csmybuttt Taiwan doesn’t make Russian ordnance never have and never will. Russian guns are made with plastics not wood I have several. Being they are cheap because they are so simple. This type of AK has wood which is a Ukraine or Romanian design because it is cheap (not from Izhmash). And they are not as good as the Russian counter parts. Until they stop making airsoft as expensive as their real lie counterparts, those airsoft guns will never appeal to the mass consumer. Stop making niche guns in a niche market and start using something called "sound business strategies". Do what you have too, get a factory line, more workers, whatever. Just stop charging so damn high for a piece of metal that shoots plastic pellets.

@techsniper777 The problem is that if this one uses real wood, real stamped parts, and on top of that features airsoft internals, that will make it as expensive as the real rifle, even if it wasn't made to take real ammo.

Plus, making them accessible to "mass consumers" will lead to an even higher percentage of bigots in airsoft.

Not to mention it would create the "paintballization" of airsoft. This doesn't matter much for Americans, but in Europe it would damage the sport.

@bf2lover42 Yes you helped us explain this quite well. Real wood and stamped steel - and there are actually more individual parts in an Airsoft gun than in a real gun - so the cost of manufacturing might actually be higher than the real gun ... just to shoot a "plastic BB". :-)

Based on the internals I meant, receiver should be a bit different but you could use the same receiver & gastube etc for the Galil and Rk62. :F

@sanghelian Would be cool also, But for the company it would be more economical because like 90% of parts of galil and rk62-tp are quite identical. Rk62 is still in use at least the 76 version and also modernized with the rk95 folding stock in some places too ;)

Also It would be something unique, since g&g already did the rk95-tp which in my book is a slight failure. It' should be nbb, and use ak type batteries imho. Also they never did the scope mount :(
