I have one of these, and as a personal preference I just add half a lid of orange, so it's nice you can kinda customize your drinks too!

I think some people need to stop crying about how bad carbonation is when it isn't even that bad in the first place, if people don't like it then don't post that kind of comment on reviews about sodastreams obviously somebody who buys one to use it doesn't give a rats are about what carbonation will do to you, ffs it's carbonation not radiation you either drink fizzy or you don't

@dannyloreto626 If you have an ACE hardware near you than you can buy one there, but they are sold more places than that including the sodastream website (but it's more expensive there)

@dannyloreto626 You can buy them at Sears stores. Other retailers include Bed, Bath & Beyond, Williams-Sonoma, Sur la Table, and Kohl's.

The best thing about the SodaStream products, in my opinion, is that the Soda mix flavors do not use high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) to sweeten them. Real sugar is used to sweeten the regular Soda mix flavors, while Splenda is used to sweeten the diet Soda mix flavors.

This is stupid, you pay so much money for all the supplies and the pop isn't even that good. You can't even justify paying that when you can get pop for a dollar and it's better, instead of 90 dollars, then 25 for a new tank, then 5-7 for EACH flavour. Stupid.

@johnw111468 No, actually, it makes sense to make your own soda at home. For example, one bottle of any SodaStream Sodamix flavor will make the equivalent of 33 12-ounce cans of soda. Would you drink 33 cans of soda at once? I didn't think so.

Plus, why lug all those 2-liter bottles and 24-pack cases of soda when you can make it yourself for a lot less money? As far as taste is concerned, many people have said that soda made with Sodastream tastes as good or better than store-bought soda.
