My boyfriend is a nail technician in the US and he just loves how more women are opening up to coloured french tip as opposed to just plain white..I think the colours look cool.

I do my own nails. :) I just bought this same blue color the other day! & i want to know how you do nice & neat smile line blue tips. On my regular namils when i let them grow long i paint on the tips & smooth away the access paint with a dome shaped brush with accetone. But i want to do it with acylics. How do I do it with acrylics because if i use accetone, will it mess up the acrylic?

I'm a nail tech and I believe in natural looking nails and no damage to the natural nail. I want to change to the avolve acrylic system. For now I am using Ezflow on my clients. I still have to buff to take the shine out of the nail but buffing natural nail hurts me. is not that it literally hurts, it hurts my feelings. In the end, I wish I could go over your nail salon and let you do my nails your way. I will someday! Your polish paint is awesome! Hello from Puerto Rico!

They are so pretty! I swear I am going to try this on my number 1 client (my niece) shes 15 and changes her mind every 2 days on the color of the tips. I usually do the same thing but with the polish in the bottom. or just apply the colored tips, but this is a good idea for a mind changing client. good job!

I think it looks really good. I have natural long nails so I can't be putting acrylic on them & this is the way I would do it, with nail polishes. Not all of us use acrylics Leah57816. I like to keep it real.

It does not look sloppy, just not sure why she's complaining.

Sorry that pretty rubbish my baby neice could do that why are using nail enamel and not acrylic powder??? which last longer and is more professional hmm i expected better.And you can see the nail smile line so it very easy to do but it doesnt look all that good.

You are over-servicing clients.

I suggest you look up the Onychodermal Band.

In all honesty French looks fake (nobody has nails that white) or blue , this is just to show what can be done in little time, with little effort and can be changed easily.

Perhaps you should show us how it's done, then you would have what's called credibility, until then, I guess you have to "suck it up".

@nailzoo I completely agree with you. The only way I will use colored acrylic is when I make some 3d nail art or when Im gonna do other designs. You do end up over servicing clients and they will get used to it. Its not that way, and believe it or not you end up spending more than you think.
