  • Ah man, I am Black Elk who's hates the fact that I am a Black Elk. I went to Iraq and fought and was an Airborne Paratrooper. These sharpie illustrations were really good and non-offensive. I as a self-hating native can step back and really say your ink work is praise worthy. If anybody gets upset due to your artwork is only allowed because they're gene rationally retarded and non-responsive to evolution.

  • How does this relate to Blackelk?

  • @SplitSingularity This was a project for school. It was based off of an adventure in his biography where they stole meat as an initiation activity. We read books and we had to do a project for the one we had. I had black elk so I put my back into making this. So it DOES have something to do with it, even if it's not an OFFICIAL adventure out of the book or the characters for that matter. 8)

  • xDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD CHARLIE! xD

  • Charlie!!

  • wow... and the point was????? i learned nothing of black elks prophecys

  • @shaggywonder This is just a fictional adventure that was supposed to make people laugh in my class. We had all read the book and this was part of my final project to do based on the book. It's not going to teach you anything. It's a make-believe film short for comic relief. Please, understand I worked very hard on this at the time, thank you.

  • it's racist...

  • How is it Racist? Are you saying that I'm racist or that the book's racist? The book was written by Black Elk himself.

  • the book wasn't written by Black Elk he couldn't even speak english. Black Elk told his story, his son translated it into english and John Neihardt wrote it down. Anyway nevermind what i said.

  • @ArtisticPinkCat It was actually written by his son, who was also named Black Elk.

  • @ZhaneTheGreat Right, I get yah. I've gotten more WTF is this compared to the book comments than anything else. I don't know why people can't just enjoy it as a fictional adventure based off of the book. I worked really hard on this too.

  • @ArtisticPinkCat Haha yeah, I get that. My school is doing a theatrical rendition of the book for a OneAct performance, so I've been looking for videos on the matter for further inspiration. It's actually pretty good considering everything is hand-drawn. :)
