@emmijadeable My heart is great condition, thank you! You know why? Because I don't deprive my body of the proteins that are found in meat such as steak. Vegetable protein is NOT the same. I have yet to meet a vegan whose health has not deteriorated over a period of time. Not eating enough fruits, vegetables and grains is just as unhealthy as not getting the proper nutrients you find in animal proteins.
