  • The best thing about Redditch is leaving

  • Ahh brings back bad memories. Sweet choice of tune though.

  • Won't let me post a link. Search pointofviewcameras for RAM roll bar mount point of view camera

  • It's this:

Just use the jubilee clip round the head tube. You'll need a go pro-tripod mount converter, and you're good to go. Tried the Go-pro roll bar mont, but too unstable. RAM mounts really are the best. You just need to watch your cable routings.

    Best wishes

  • can we see a photo of the mount, you've actually spurred me on to buying a gopro hd2 cam, and i'm doing rides around my favourite places.

  • Hi amorfuss

Initially, I tried the camera on the handlebars but the video was too unstable. I use a RAM roll bar mount attached to the head tube of the bike. Far less wobble there, but gives a quite low aspect and doesn't move when you steer which can make the film disconcerting.

I like to show good things, because that's why I cycle...

    Best wishes

    Bob

  • Hello Sir, I was wondering how you got such smooth looking footage from what looks like a handlebar mount? I have been trying to get such smoothness with my mount but I get much camera shake which I have been trying to eliminate but failing to do so. Anyway your videos are good, I like the fact that you show more of the pleasant things on your rides rather than the incidents.
