My (late) husband had 2 major open heart surgeries ,and spent many times in hospitals ,having various proceedures done...the first gave him precious years ,and our 3rd daughter...

i look into this woman's face, her body movements, her highly stylised manner of speaking and i see something uncomfortable. i can't hear her words. i can only see snake oil being sold to decent lost and vulnerable people. And aren't there so many millions of lost people nowadays all willing victims for the 1st person who comes along with a bit of fiery charisma

I wish i didn't see that and i'm sure bryon katie has a method to help me with that.

What would you suggest to help all the lost people? Church? (yeah, no charisma there) Psych meds? (yeah, that's always safe.) I think Byron Katie is less full of crap than most other methods.

my brohter had 3 upon heart surgrys and it messed with is brain so now he cant talk but he can walk we didnt think he could ever walk and so did the doctors but all of a sudden he got up and walked

that was the happiest day of our lifes !! :)

Thanks, Steve, you couldn't have said it any better. My family got through the depression, war (several vets including my dad) and life in general without needing to "open up". Whatever happened to "Never complain, never explain?
