@gabriellesilverwood Ahha yeah, some people don't ask permission which is not recommended but your sopposed to ask permission before glomping someone so they can put down any fragile cosplay props or incase they just dont want to be glomped it all depends :) a hug is always the safest thing to do because glomping is always a big saftey issue at cons... for example my friends i dont let them glomp me because they do more of a takedown then a glomp and it really hurts
