Luv this track... you got nice technique there too... have you tried using a pick... gives a slightly different dynamic to it... and forget about the V-Femmes... (too weak) try something from the band: "The Sound" ...either 'Silent Air', 'Fire', 'Skeletons', 'Jeopardy', 'Contact the fact', 'new Dark age, 'Missiles', etc... all great bass riffs... great work tho... keep it kumin' )

Hooky used a pick, Its easier play the drone on the D string and the A string at the end of the intr/middle riff (the A minor cord with the C frette on the D string)
