  • Always had strong legs - calves and thights. 450kg is good but my record stands at 610kg with 5 reps. We took the bar upto 500kg and then had another gym member sit on the bar to add the weight.

  • Well its 410kilos here;) plus the machine weight. Oh and there is a 450kg clip here too.

    As for me, 180kilos is not even a warmup, as you may also discover the 250kg and 330kg warmup clips here as well- they weigh absolutely NOTHING to me. No matter how low I go with them.

    Keep on lifting one day youll be strong too
