actually the German's had nothing to do with Pi, it was the Grecians that discovered Pi, German don't have the rights to Pi, no country does... If anybody has the rights to pi it is the grecians. Sure Einstein was born on Pi day but that doesn't mean they have any rights to it. tons of people before Einstein would have been born on Pi day
