HOWEVER, this guy needs to also acknowledge the most prevalent cause of health demise by the most obvious human intervention that results in even more plane loads of fatalities - COOKING THE FOOD WE EAT!! (If you can't consume meat raw like every other animals that does then you probably have no business eating it!)
