What did they add new to patchwork?or is that glitch?I haven't played sence September so...lol

It's a bug. Actually, there's a room en route to Patchwerk full of those Slimes and that one Abomination. Obviously it got respawned somehow and pulled into the Patchwerk fight. It was funny, though.
