On unit I did about 200 dives , max depth was 72 m (diulent air) and 85 m (Trimix 10/50 , bottom time 10 minutes, dive time 75 minutes). This rebreather have axial scruber. Generaly CO2 sensor is more necessary with dangerous radial scruber.
Hi, the best WOB is when counterlung is on this same level like lungs of diver or a little under. In my rebreather when I keep horizontal position with angle 10-20 % WOB is very good (and chest is clean). , it is typical diver position. Pleasure of diving is like diving with single tank (OC). Scruber takes 2.7 kg sorb (I used dragger sorb and Sofnolime 2,5-5 mm) , my longest dive was about 3 hours and on one sorb a dive about 6 hours (water temperature 28 C , Red Sea).
Beautiful. I gather your counterlung is high, how do you like that (is noticably harder to inhale?...the idea of being belly-free of equipment is appealing. I am going to build my own rebreather. Do you have CO2 sensor (for indication of failed scrubber) or do do rely on other indications (overflowing counterlung)??
thought of seeling the unit in big style?

How did your positive and negative test perform as you appear to have a leak?.
Did you do a bubble test when you went into the water?.
Well done for ingenuity.

This is awesome. I've been thinking about using the same materials. I've got a ton of questions but for now, how was it?
