Moc3 - Soft Star Shoes Minimalist / Barefoot Running Shoe

I just got a pair two days ago! They are amazing! Hell of a job Mike and Soft Star!

I prefer these to ZEM360. I like them better than my huaraches. And better than my Vivobarefoot running shoes. For walking they are the BEST. For running, I prefer pure barefoot. For work, I use Vivobarefoot Dharma shoes. For winter boots, Vivobarefoot also wins. These Moc3s are my favourite shoes, all things equal. They helped me get rid of my plantar fasciitis by allowing me to walk with proper form. Barefoot is best but this is the next-best thing for maximum proprioception. Durable, too!

I want them for christmas, but i dont have enough. I have the originals and they are the best. Hope one day ill be able to experience these new shoes :)

Durability is hard as it varies so much by individual user... one person can wear through a pair in 3 weeks with tears and soling worn bare, and another have 4 months of daily wear/runs and they look literally brand new other than the soling worn down slightly on impact points. That being said, minimal shoes made of soft flexible leather, in general, are not going to last as long as a big hunky rubber / synthetic shoe.

I think I'm gonna get a pair. I like that you use Vibram for the sole. Have you guys looked into the Branca Sandal?

i agree about wanting the earthing feature, have tried wearing my soft star moccasins outdoors for the earthing connection, but am afraid they will wear out too quickly. plus not much traction!

now if you would add an earthing feature for electrical grounding with the earth, it would be the ULTIMATE shoe.
