If you watch the films closely you will notice that Harrys scar seems to disappear and reappear ever so often depending on how his hair is in the screen it seems bit lazy not to put it on including dumbledore not wearing his half moon glasses in Half blood prince when that's a main part of the character.

Ron's real hair is real the colours on his head are just light refrections.Mine is brown but under the sun looks like red so that's normal. At the scene with the screaming book it's not the first page but the way he keeps it you can't have the full vision.What about the scar?They just SUCK XD

The toddler one is a half and half almost. It does seem a bit stretched that he could look like that. The funny thing is you see the same photo again and again through out the series and no one seems to find that odd.

Another thing they bring harry to the Dursely's as VERY small infant yet in the very first shot Harry in the crib when voldemort goes to kill him harry is clearly bigger. You see it again in the various flash backs (third movie flash back and Deathly hallows part 2 flash back)

You mentioned Ron's hair, but you didn't even mention the changes in the thickness, curliness and consistency of Hermione's hair, which I thought was pretty prominent in the first movie :) In some scenes it's a thick bushy mess, while in others you can tell it was just crimped. Some scenes it's curly, others wavy. But maybe I just noticed it because I'm a girl who also has curly, somewhat-bushy hair ^^;
