I saw Lena on an American TV show called "Wonderama," and also on the "Tonight Show," back in the 1970s. She just knocked me out, she was so unbelievably talented. Really, you have to see her performing to appreciate her fully. She was such a natural -- had not only that dynamite voice, but the personality, the timing, phrasing, everything. Thankyou, thankyou so much for playing this song by Lena Zavaroni. I thought I would never hear it again. I was born 1970 so as a young child I would stay up to see oppotunity knocks to see if Lena Zavaroni was on. But this is my favourite. I've heard other singers like Tina Turner, Celine Dion,, but none have come close to her. She was my idol.
