It IS after OG 1 and 2, it's a sequel. And there's no reason why Alteisen wouldn't be in it. Alfimi and Rein Weißritter are the retcons that originally weren't going to appear again.

Technically this game is after the events of OG1 & 2 and The Alt and Riese AND Alchime in it so theres a chance that they might show up
