@TheJimbojames007 This area is located just south of Keauhou Bay, at the end of Alii Drive, across from the burial grounds that hug the cliffside. Locally known as End of the World.

Local hawaiians told me that cliff diving has been going on for hundreds of years and continues today thus the well worn steps up the cliff, and others say it isn't hawaiian. Either way, looks like a good time to me!
