Dalek gun Test 2009

I was considering using a water pump for my dalek gun, but I get the horrible thought if I fire it at someone, they'll throw a strop and try to sue me for soaking their clothes. :- /

well we have a car wind screen washer pump and its just not power full enough unless i came to the conclusion that maybe the hole at the ends too big ?
