  • I bought just the aluminum horsie part of an old mechanical ride--with the original spotted black-leather saddle too. (Metal saddles suck.) I have adapted it as a bedroom rocking horse. Fun to ride, but not as good as the original motorized ecstasy. Thanks for the latest video! And thanks for the information about costs. If I am allowed 50 cents per ride, my pony will be amortized in...OMG! I better mount up and start getting my money's worth right now! Giddy up! Now where are my con.....

  • Thanks! Thrilling! Wish I had such nerve to ride horsies like you do in public. You are a modern kind of Brave Heart. Just curious: what do mechanical horsie rides cost nowadays?

  • @65REASONSTOLIE The price of these mechanical rides vary from place to place. Here on youtube, I've seen vids of ones which only cost a penny - at Meijers store - to ones which cost 50 cents or more. There's a mechanical horse outside a dollar store near me which is 25 cents. I rode it on a couple occasions just for fun. But, like you, I don't have the nerve to do it with people around. I did it in the wee hours of the morning and took several rides on each occasion.

  • gettyup. looks like a fun place to ride
