@z3r0grav1tyz As a '75 Tele owner, I think I can safely say that you're going to to have to rout a bit. Let's face it: 2 Humbuckers take up a lot more space than 3 single coils do. Now t he question is, are you willing to take a vinatge guitar and destroy it forever? Once you chip out one little piece, the value of the guiatr is lost.

Did you have any trouble installing those EMGs? I just bought some for my tele and I'm having some trouble getting the pups to fit inside the bridge hole and pick guard hole. Did you have the same trouble, or is it just my tele?  Thanks

No no, it went well. It was a set of 2 pickups,called T-set I think and should fit to most of the Tele-type guitars.

Telecaster.... one word to describe the best guitar ever made. not sure about those EMGs though.. (but for this tune, so appropriate). That tone reminds me of Chris Rea. I go for toneriders :)
