All 9 of this trooper's collegues testified in court that this was standard treatment of animals in the k-9 unit, to try and get the trooper reinstated. Subsequently the entire k-9 unit has been suspened pending a training review. NCSHP knew about this and ignored it for several years according to testimony in the case. Now something is being done since exposere has put them (NCSHP) once again in the national spotlight.Last time it was intoxicated troopers on duty.
He needs to be charged just like anyone else would be charged when assaulting an officer...these dogs are highly trained and extremly smart animals. Worthless no count piece of shit cop...the corruption is everywhere
