i'm pretty sure the question actually was "Do you think YOUTH have an integral part..." cause she's a youth leader, you see. but not surprisingly Thom misheard her, because of all the background noise, and youth isn't really the first thing that springs to mind, unless you know she's a youth leader, which i'm sure he didn't know that she was one.
