It´s good in "barai" but in my opinion nothing.. else...

@aliim8 if you get kicked in ur chest and u didnt scream.. u wont be able to breathe for a while because u have air in ur lungs, but if you scream all that air will go out and if u recieve a kick.. u will be able to breathe..
