i just received my htc freestyle today and so far it froze up twice and crashed twice. that is extremely disappointing and terrible. never have i owned a phone that poorly made before. im gona call customer service to have this crap sent back as soon as i receive my return label. it looks really nice, awesome idea..but poor poor execution. the battery door is also crap, its difficult to open without squeezing the screen to death, literally. feels like the phone would break in half.

i have this piece of shit phone right now... the worst $167.76 i have ever spent on anything . the bitches at att said it was a great phone, then i get out the store the bitch dont even turn on.. take it back in they give me another, it works 20 mins down the road it pops up a system error and freezes and then i restart it and it lags like a fuckin bitch .. after i look on the site it said numerouse errors and malfunctions , and they said it was a good phone 5 days ago..

If your listening to the music on this phone its great! until you get a text message or send a text message.. When you send or recieve a text while listening to music, it will take the song and play it through the speakers very loud for about 2-4 seconds.. Its really stupid. Anyone know how to fix this?

Read this if you're considering buying this phone! I have one. My first phone froze 12 times in the first 3 days of owning it. The only way to solve this problem is to physically remove the battery. On top of the freezing, it will say "Oops! A system error has occured. Restarting..." at least once a day. I do not run apps nor use the internet. I'm not an avid texter nor caller. In my honest opinion, at&t put a phone on the market too early and before they got all the kinks out. Avoid this phone.

TRUE STORY: i got a freestyle this past monday, charged it overnight. it seemed fine early in the morning, but later that morning when i tried to check it, the screen wouldnt turn on and i noticed that the phone was not "hot" but kinda warm. went back to the att store and got a new battery cuz thats what we figured was the problem but i just did it again today. it turns back on if i take the battery out but its really annoying. if you have any questions or if you know about this, PLEASE RESPOND
