  • QUICK.... grab a shoe!

  • Tancredo is the mutant who proudly introduced the "Freedom to be a Patriot Act" (which proposed to cut off federal funds to "any individual or entity" that prohibits the display of the American flag) after becoming outraged by reports that the Boulder library director opposed a large flag in the lobby. The library director simply noted that the flag someone wanted to erect was so enormous that it would have interfered with normal operation of the library, and so, sensibly, said no.

  • @leisulin

Anybody who ever voted for Tancredo or supported him in any way SHOULD hang their heads in shame for helping to elect such a dimwit to public office.

  • Warum tun sie nicht sprache über etwas wichtig.. Ich weiß nicht... -_-

    ---

why do they not debate about anything important... i don't know................

  • @That1202Anarchist Politiker werden immer dümmer von Tag zu Tag ..... haha..

Politicians are getting stupider by the day...

well then again, we have some smart ones.. [SOME]

  • And, what does this have to do with politics?

Come one McCain, you're saying you saw a hole in the ground and now you believe in God?

I'm a Christian, and I believe in only what evidence will support. But I don't just accept words from a book on a whim like McCain becuase I saw a hole and located the sun.

  • McCain was an idiot in his own ways yet far brighter than the other evolution-denying dumbasses.

  • Poor McCain, an intelligent man trying to talk sense among a party of idiots.

  • This is American Politics for those of us still disillusioned by the fantasy that our politics is clean and logical. This is a popularity contest of how many idiots a politician can pull on his bandwagon before making any sense.

  • wow... the pathetic thing is that people actually base their votes on the condidates' religious beliefs in a country that was differentiated form everyone else in the world by its toleration for all religions. talk about destroying what so many worked so hard to build here. republicans love to tell other people how they are 'un-American', maybe they should look at themselves and realize that they are the ones who are trampling the bill of rights when they do shit like this.

  • @liljonrules5657 It seems I accidentally booed you or whatever it is called. I didn't mean to, I think they should put the thumbs up sign on the left rather then the thumbs down. But Yeah I completely agree with you! They are such big hypocrites!!!

  • just imagine that millions of religiously indoctrinated and/or illiterate uneducated americans support them.

  • I know. some people are just all fucked up. that's whats wrong with USA, people just stopped thinking.

  • It's amazing how much our country cares about this shit.

"Wait, is he a man of God? Okay, I can vote for president now."

And IronTailFratley, there's no such thing as "evidence" for creationism. And yes, there HAS been scientific research on the issue.

Watch Simcha Jacobovici's "Exodus Decoded." No, it's not some crazy conspiracy theory documentary. It's an explanation for biblical theories, based on EXPERT analysis, not your pastor's sermons.

  • So someone that is possibly willing to sell out in order to apease both sides gets a plus in your book?

    jesus...

  • You can't tell he's full of shit?

  • Riiiiight....and the idea that a big, bearded guy created the universe is even more plausible (nevermind that the "evidence" for creationism is both outdated and written by mortal hands)

  • Talking snakes, magic apples, living in a whale, parting a sea, walking on water...

Yeah those are solid theories any 18 year old in a book story reading for the first time would jump on board with.

Evolution has very little to do with my disbelief in most people's god.

This anti evolution crap is just an extension of middle age mentality. Thanks to those 400 years we're at least half that far behind where we should be scientifically as a people.

  • How is it possible that three educated persons could obliterate a vast amount of scientific evidence that has been proven to be a rational and coherent theory? I can not even fathom voting for someone who is blind to plain facts and reality in order to validate some subjective belief. If a candidate can deny these facts in favor of a misplaced religious conviction, what other facts is that candidate capable of doubting?

  • Next question: "Will you pardon Kent Hovind?" Because he's your main source for science and taxation information!

    I betcha they would would.

Tancredo is a mainline protestant-- he's pandering here.

  • the next question was "who did not pass high school science?" the same 3 raised their hands. then mcain said he passed it because God helped him :)

  • Just think for a moment how complex your own body is, and then think about our echo system and how delicate the thread is that keeps it together. Lastly think of the univers and its vast unthinkable wonders. Now ask yourself; can something so complexly dependent on every part of itself really be the result of a natural addaptation? No. Run the numbers. the chances of all the cells, atoms, and particals linking so perfectly together is a mathmatical impossiblitiy.

  • so by ur mentality if its too comfusing a magical cloud must have put it all together...pity

  • They all believe wot the Jews tell em! That u can believe ;)

  • Well you say 'god help us', that don't make no sense. First of all, y'all's imaginery friend is not helping at all. I reckon all of y'all who commented here are either creationistis or sceptics about evolution and certainly wrong for the most part, and without a doubt DELUTED.

Evolution has happened. It is not a theory of chance, not an accident, and we ddin't come from monkeys. I suggest you to read some before engaging your biblical brains.

  • that is scary

  • Is it impossible to accept that evolution and religion exist in the same planet? Could it be that a superior being created all of us in the beginning with the ability to adapt (EVOLVE) with an ever-changing environment?

  • wow what idiots.

  • You don't believe in evolution. And you want what job? Wow. Where is Clarence Darrow when we need him?

  • omg you are retarded. evolution is DEAD. it was fine for the 19th and 20th century, but now we can look at the details of CELLS and i've yet to see any advocate of evolution explain the cell, or almost anything else of that size or smaller. try reading a book.

  • Live in the fantasy world. I've read lots of books on evolution. No one has produced any evidence, real evidence (otherwise they'd get a Nobel) that disputes evolution. Your Republicans are the ones who are dead.

  • first of all, this question is flawed because nobody knows if the issue is macroevolution or microevolution (there's a huge difference)

If you are referring to macroevolution, I have yet to hear any convincing and concrete evidence in support of it. I believe in creationism and I don't mind being ridiculed for it.

  • You're confused. Evolution is a biological theory. What you're calling macro-evolution is abiogenesis and the big bang (and combining them together). Okay, I won't ridicule you. After all this is a free country, but don't shove your rubbish down the throats of impressionable young people in our public school!

  • why do you get to shove that evolution rubbish down their throats?

  • Because there is evidence for it. And it's science.

  • thank you. and yes, i have no strong reason to doubt micro-evolution.

  • If you haven't heard convincing evidence, then you've never taken the time to research the subject or you're so blinded by religion that no evidence would prove sufficient. Besides, what evidence is there for creation? None. Just because it provides and answer doesn't mean the answer is right. Ancient Greeks had their own creation stories that provided answers, but a lack of evidence means the story should be discounted. The same for the biblical version.

  • and i wouldn't mind you being executed for it.

  • try, michael behe, darwin's black box. thanks.

  • He got smacked down in court recently. Trying to use Intelligent Design as an actual scientific theory, when it's really theology. Perhaps we should have religion classes in schools, but it's not like the churches are being shut down.

  • Behe, after having his book debunked by the National Academy of Science, has admitted that his premise is flawed. He's admitted to being wrong about virtually everything in Darwin's Black Box, but he claims he's working on finding better examples of irreducible complexity. But at this point, referring to Darwin's Black Box is like referring to Aristotle's "laws" of motion.

  • Just because we haven't sprouted gills for underwater breathing doesn't prove evolution doesn't exist. And just because a superior being hasn't descended from the skies to walk the streets and sign autographs while causing miracles does not prove there is no basis for religion.

  • take a look at potholer's videos. just click on my name and then go to my subscriptions. potholer did an awesome job and included the latest research.
