Al Qaeda is a terrorist organization.

Al Qaeda is not a country.

What we did in 2001 was invade Afghanistan, not fight Al Qaeda.

We were looking for bin Laden, but the people we fought against were soldiers defending their homeland from attack. After that, we were fighting resistance insurgents. Al Qaeda may have provoked us, but we went about fighting them in the wrong way.

It is my opinion that you are confusing the Afghan government with Al Qaeda.

The dollar will go to about 1.40 to the euro again by the end of the year but will be strong for the next 5 years compared to the last decade. The euro has a very good chance of collapsing if the global recession is renewed. There will be less investing into the dollar but if and when the next wave of the global recession hits the euro will be hurt a lot more then the US dollar.
