I love leftovers! I'm single but have 2 roommates (one of which has 2 children)... I'm usually the one that does the cooking and I always make sure there's at least enough for me to take to work the next day. One of my roommates doesn't eat leftovers but that just means more for us LOL. What you should do, is serve your husband the leftover 3 days after you've cooked it. Change up how you plate it and see if he notices a difference.
Well u know i went to culinary school and I have a cert in food safety. Its safe to freeze food and u can store food up to 7days in the fridge as long as it hasnt sat out for a while before hand. Im single and its hard to cook for 1 person so i eat leftovers often.
Me personally can NOT eat leftovers more than 1 day..lol so yeah NOW my mom.. she will freeze the mess out of some foods.lol I be like MA.. please your draining me..lol but yes wasting food is a NO NO..
i am not married or in a relationship but i do have 3 kids & when i cook & it's something left over i would take it 2 work 2 eat 4 lunch so i don't have a problem with leftovers if your going 2 eat it the next day

lol! Ny mom and nana freezes everything too. I eat left overs but I wont freeze stuff and then thaw it out weeks later lol!
