  • That's cool right now I'm trying to get in shape for the army. Hopefully I can join the green berets.

  • @MrDerekt424 That's great. Good luck. Train hard! Train smart!

  • @rexkwondo1100 were you in the military?

  • @MrDerekt424 No but I come from a military family.

  • Thank you so much for being on seal team 6 and for killing osama!!!! You guys rock! I am high school senior just graduating and hoping to be a seal to! My recruiter says I am definitely strong enough and that I will graduate from buds no problem he garantees it. See you soon when I get on the "teams"!!!!!

  • If you want the most out of your workouts, when using your own body weight, you should use full range of motion. When doing push ups, push all the way up until your elbows are locked out. When doing pull ups, lower yourself until your arms are straight then make sure your chin goes above the bar. You will get a lot more out of your workouts in a shorter period of time.

  • You're a beast man. I would be dead after 5 minutes right now. Even in my best shape in high school I could probably last 10-15 MAX. Intense workout. I hope to get this fit in time. Thanks for posting.

  • @WittofMV Thanks man. Give the workout a try and keep track of your progress. Each week you should be able to get more reps in. I actually look forward to this workout. Good luck!

  • no thank you, i work recreation and programs at a youth correctional facility and im always trying to find new challenges for the young kids to do and this looks like a great challenge that can be turned into a positive out look.

  • awesome vid, one i use to focus on just upper body is another pyramid, 10 push ups,1 pull up, 10 push ups, 2 pull ups, 10 push ups, 3 pull ups, and so forth all the way up to 10 pull ups and back down to 9,8,7,6,ect.... totals 100 pull ups and 200 push ups...man it sucks, should give it a try bro, (i didnt make it up or anything, saw someone else do it on the tube)

  • @tabkitchen1983 Thanks bro! The hardest part about my video was talking while performing the workout. Your workout was impressive too! I'm gonna give the upper body workout you suggested a try in a day or so.

  • how often should you do this excercise? 3 times a week? i wanna be fit and ready.

  • @noren28 I perform this workout once a week. The other days I do weights along with some form of cardio. Let me know how it goes!
