  • my main goal is to reach the 2012 US olympic team. that is what i desire and want so bad. i will train and train harder in order to reach my goals and dreams no matter what gets in my way.

  • that is my main goal i am 15 and i will b 18 by 2012 but i dont think im ready i train harder longer and better maybe i make it.

  • i have been oly lifting for about 3 months. i did play college ball and high school ball which we used some oly lifts like the snatch and clean and jerk. i am training with a hella coach in austin. i only see her once a month which sucks but i progress substantially every time i see her. where u train out of.

  • i live in galway ireland, but my wife is from the state and when i go over there i train with a really good coach from the usapl..

  • well i guess your sport and my sport different. i oly lift and we do clean pulls mimicing the same pull off the ground. anyways good fucking job on that lift.

  • thanks man, ya youre right plus theres less injurys in olimpic lifting ha ha, which says somthing about how good of form you have, i seen your lifts, they look good, how long you doing it??

  • hey bro work on your technique and u could lift a lot more than that.

  • If you look at the best deadlifters in the world (ie Andy Bolton) they lift with a lot with their back. Also, most of the guys in my gym who lift over 600 lbs lift the same way, it is a technique in itself.
