What I can't understand is that this property was in the same family from 1948 to 2010, only transferring in 1973 from father to son. How could it be foreclosed upon that long after sale, especially since they were physicians?

I was very interested in this property until I found out that the annual tax burden was nearly $5,000. Apparently, this property has been sold, and I wish the best of luck to the buyer.

its a foreclosures. With out all the damage it was a really nice place. I actually am sure I was in this home about 8 years ago.

I have seen this home and it seems very nice till you get into the basement. There is a mold issue and a lot of work required for this house. It's a shame someone let it get to this point.
